Joined the Canadian Armed Forces in 2009. I have served in multiple tours, and received high praise for my contribution to the force
One of the first female to serve on Her Majesty’s Submarines
Have certifications as an Electrical Technician and fourth class power engineer (job title is Marine Engineer Mechanic)
Joined the CFB Esquimalt’s Light Urban Search and Rescue (LUSAR)
I had a daughter at the end of 2019!

POWERLIFTING & Athletic Development
This is a structured training program designed specific to the athlete’s individual strengths and weaknesses. We will build your strengths as a power lifter, or trailer a program to enhance your abilities in any physical sport.
Health & Wellness
This is a flexible program structured around your day to day life, occupation and family. Perfect for a person recovering from an injury, post surgery, post-partum or with a nagging injury.
