REHABILITATION IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF ENSURING YOU STRENGTHEN WEAK AREAS AROUND THE INJURY AND PREVENT RE-INJURY.

REHABILITATION IS VERY SPECIFIC TO THE INDIVIDUAL. IT COMBINES VARIOUS TYPES OF MOVEMENT AND STRENGTHENING TECHNIQUES. THIS COULD RANGE FROM A TORN ROTATOR CUFF, LOW BACK PAIN OR A PRIOR KNEE INJURY.

I WILL WORK WITH YOU TO STRENGTHEN THE INJURY AT WHATEVER STAGE OF RECOVERY YOU ARE IN.

  • PRE AND POST NATAL TRAINING

    It can be extremely awkward to find ways to train around a pregnant belly and even harder to recover your core strength afterwards. I can relate but I am here to guide you through it.

  • Post Injury Training

    The biggest thing I get from clients coming to me with injuries be it a pulled muscle, surgery, back or knee pain; they all say the same thing. How will I be able to do anything again without injury? Well I am able to guide you through pain by administering assessments, range of motion improvements, functional movement, strengthening and more.
